Broadmoor is a beautiful, gated community surrounding the 115-acre Broadmoor Golf Club. Broadmoor is home to some of Seattle’s largest homes, many of which sit right on the golf course and feature some of the best architectural and landscape design in the city.
In 1924, the Puget Mill Company dedicated 200 acres of its property consisting of old growth timber and rolling fields for the creation of a residential community which came to be known as Broadmoor.
The 18 hole golf course opened in 1927 and has since hosted nationally recognized tournaments and famous players, including Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, and Fred Couples.
Bordered by the Washington Park Arboretum to the west and the Madison Park neighborhood to the east, this area offers security, solitude, and proximity to shops and restaurants that make it an attractive community for families.
